Online Mentoring

Online Mentoring is your gateway to access real live certified mentors. This interactive learning support is delivered by experienced and professional mentors certified in their area of expertise.

Once connected to the Online Mentoring environment, you will be able to interact with a certified mentor in order to seek assistance with your training. Online Mentoring supports you during your training by answering questions, clarifying key concepts, providing guidance for applying knowledge and assisting you as needed. You can access Online Mentoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Once inside the Online Mentoring environment, select the desired classroom you would like to enter. Each classroom is topic specific and corresponds directly to your course. Once you have selected the desired topic area, your Online Mentoring classroom will appear. Simply click on the text box located at the bottom of the classroom page and begin your interaction with live certified mentors.
You will receive a response from an instructor in no more than 2 minutes after entering the classroom.
